IDF soldiers

From the media we see the military personnel from Israel receiving good medical aid: Blackhawk helicopters for CASeVAC and plenty of personnel standing by to receive the injured. When they are transported out they normally are already hooked up to the IV and sometimes a O2 mask. SO I thought it be good to see the photo's showing the quality of emergency treatments and material involved from the IDF. Let me start of:
