I'm not an expert on suppressors other than the ones I have used on other peoples firearms and then I'm no expert.
As far as how affective this one would be, probably just as affective as any other suppressor and as I understand it you could make a suppressor out of a pop bottle, so I'm sure the one above works in reducing the gas and in turn sound.

all of this gangsterism/macho bravado is in my opinion to do with the following - peer pressure, lack of mature positive role models(especially fathers) and british legal system, that's too soft and has got too may loopholes.. is zero tolerance, NYC style the answer?!!?? hmm it's all rather complex and than there is poverty and lack(or absence) of education and than there is consumerism and I almost forgot - drugs -( i really am sometimes inclined to think that all now illegal drugs should be made leagl, so the proceeds can't fund more criminal activity) - it's like chain reaction that won't be easy to curtail.. time will tell i suppose
