Except that Iran is fully aware of Israel's nuclear deterrance, and would be wiped off the face of the map within a couple of hours (cruise missiles aren't supersonic).

Thing is, if Israel confesses to owning nuclear weapons, they lose their US military aid (forbidden to give military aid to nuclear armed power).

I really can't see people who've just been contaminated by radioactive fallout flocking to anyone's cause. Let alone the people that caused the nuclear release.

If we do hit iran your talking about 4+ dollars per gallon on gas. sure u can F them and destroy what they have now but do u really ever think of the economic fallout? Also since our intelligence is so good and since saddam did have WMD's :roll:,what makes us so sure that iran doesnt have the bomb right now? Sure wouldnt want to risk it , they are radical and they might get desperate. People like that wouldnt care much about killing their own as long as they lick a couple hundred even thusand GI's.
