I find this quiet hilarious and disgusting at the same time.
Los Angeles psychologist Michael Cohn filed a lawsuit in May against the Los Angeles Angels baseball team because he didn't get a red nylon bag that the team was giving to women for "Family Sunday" on Mothers' Day last year.
A judge is expected to rule Thursday on whether a Los Angeles psychologist can proceed with a lawsuit claiming that the Angeles baseball discriminated against men with a Mother's Day tote bag giveaway.
Michael Cohn filed his lawsuit in May against Angels Baseball, the corporate name for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and Corinthian Colleges, the parent company of Bryman College, which sponsored the giveaway, in connection with a tote-bag promotion on May 8, 2005.
The suit, filed by Los Angeles psychologist Michael Cohn, claims thousands of men and fans under age 18 are each entitled to $4,000 in damages because they were treated unfairly during the promotion. Women over 18 received the gifts.
What is going on over there in America?

"What is going on in America?"
The pussification of the American male.
This guy is pissed because he doesn't get a tote bag on Mother's Day? There are more than a couple things wrong with that.

How about the playgrounds at some schools that no longer have anything for kids to play on - because people are afraid of being sued if the kid gets a boo-boo?
**** litigious America.

There's a difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist.

I could be wrong, but I was thinking it had less to do with the actual tote bag and more to do with making about recognizing men as single parents. We recognize the plight of women as single parents readily, but not always vise versa... and men pay for it in alimony and child custody cases all the time. Some people will jump on every little thing to further their over all cause.
I could be wrong, maybe he really dug that tote bag.
