I cannot get my internet page to come up. Its as if the icons do not work any more. Ive restarted my computer, all the modem lights are on, and i cant use the internet on my computer. It sucks!

Sounds like the problem I'm having, when I goto the control panel then click on Network and Internet connections, it has my email address and it says "Disconnected" when I click connect it says Error 678, but I am connected because I'm on the net now, its all screwy, I'm gonna toss this puter and go buy a new one. :P

I cannot delete cookies because i cannot get my internet window to come up. Also when try to open My Computer or Recycling Bin the screen flashes. I think its a virus.

You can delete cookies going through internet options through the control panel

No i cant. I cant open anything to do with the settings on my computer. It just flashes. I think im gonna reinstall windows today anyways.
