got a few things i need help with

thing one- i am stuck on my playstation 2 game final fantasy 9, not stuck as in i have no clue what to do but as in the disc is scratched somehow, and it wont load this scene to where i can continue on with the game, is there anyway i can maybe remove some of these scratches with out having to buy another game or is it fooked.

thing 2- how do you get pigeons to leave your building? i have tried tennis balls, water guns, water balloons, tape balls, and other various objects being thown at them and have removed 2 windows from my shop via a frozen water bottle and a rock, any clues would help, they keep pooping all over everything we have in our shop and its smells and looks nasty. thanks

thing 3- anyone got a copy of symantec that actually works? i tried the ako download thing ut it keeps erroring out.

We've been having the same problems with pigeons. Also tried everything from above. Thinking of buying a BB gun and shooting them down. Maybe poison them (is there such a thing as pigeon poison?) or add spikes on the roof, though that will only move the problem to another roof or the sidewalk.

hmm we arent allowed to shoot or poison them, we might get animal cruelty.....tonight i grabbed the water gun and shut off all the lights in my shop....and then started spraying them, they were flying into windows and other stuff....they are night blind....but then again so am i

Same here. But the neighbours won't mind if we shoot a couple of them down. They are starting to become a real pain in the ass and all the dogs bark at it and they simply don't move.

alot of video/cd rental shops have machines for sanding off the scratches on cds and will charge a small fee to do this

as for the pigeons you could let loose a hungry hawk/eagle/ferrit/tiger/elephant/sheep... the pigeons will soon get the message

1) no idea your screwed on that one.

2) try placing very small and sharp obects (like a bed of finishings nails) on the areas they like to land on... or just shoot the fvckers with a pellet gun.

1) try holding a black mass and invoking the pigeon god. He should be able to move them on. If not, call your local council and they will miraculously appear in 6 - 8 weeks.
2) Smoothing DVDs or CDs is a BAD idea, because it makes them even more susceptable to damage, instead, try this

3) download NOD32 its free for 2 months, and gets more nasty's than symantec, avg or anything. when you have to pay for it, its damn cheap as well

try put ing some rubing alcahal on a rag or paper toule and wipe the disk if not by a new disk

try grabing it and puting out side or put towl
on it and put it out side or scaring it out side.
