Perhaps people should work at work instead of browsing forums? What boss would allow his employees to surf the internet during work-time, but fire them if he catches them looking at pictures of people dressed up as Sesame Street characters?

Sometimes a particularly offensive post might result in the closing of a thread. I'm guessing people will learn at some point.

I'll miss it... but fair play, enough warnings were handed out, and WAY too many pictures were hotlinked and not just listed with "NSFW".

I know you can't check em all farmgirl, but most of the ones doing it are repeat offenders so to speak so why not just start banning those who do that...hitting those who keep doing it will send a message/show to others that it won't be tolerated...rather than just removng the whole thing.

We do the best we can... we've certainly warned and banned many users for violations of board policy. My best advice... if you see something that is against forum rules... let a mod know, so it can be removed and the guilty party dealt with accordingly.

ok. I do understand ive known some mods in other forums that get this huge.
You realize I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass about this, lol..just curious.
So would you be willing to give it another shot, atleast with that thread?

If so maybe make a quick copy and paste post in it re-stating the rules that would govern for that specific topic?
