Well, I'm too close to it... used to spend hours on the phone explaining that the computer wasn't the screen, but was actually the tower, and similar technobollocks.

CUSTOMER: You mean the modem.
ME: No sir. The box contains all the working parts of the computer. It's not called a modem.
CUSTOMER: What's it called then?
ME: "Tower" pretty much sums it up.
CUSTOMER: So the computer isn't the screen... what do you call the screen?
ME: Screen or monitor is fine?
CUSTOMER: WHICH?
ME: EITHER!
