Iraq: sciiti rapiscono 2 sudcoreani
I traslate for all the "non-spaghetti" speaking. The militia of the SOB Moqtada Sadr has taken two sud-corean humanitary workers as hostage. Tha bastard want that Italian carabinieri and soldiers (that today have kicked the ass of his militia) leave immediatly the city of Nassirya or they "don't free the coreans".

What do the South Koreans have to do with Italy? I assume (maybe incorrectly) that that is what you meant.

Both coalition.
Yeah, but why just the Italians, they dont ask for others to leave also? I guess I missed the connection

It's a non-sense but these idiots have taken the first "strangers" that they have found and now they try to payback us (italians) to leave Nassirya.
The brief news doesn't explain if they want that all foreign troops (more possible) leave the town or only the italians.

Would there be anyone else based in the town, the italian garrison there is pretty big
this makes him a terrorist

Yep. holding people trying to rebuild his towns and help his people hostage- sounds like a terrorist bastard to me.
If nothing else it will just piss off the Italians and Koreans even more.
Thats okay though, because sometime this week Mucktard al Sadr will either die or be jailed. And id bet my house and my 69' El camino on that.

They would then have to start their own forum to continue their circle jerk.
Mustafa and his crew, especially his new found buddy, soulhunter, who is intent to add to the mindless anti-American spam by posting two dozen times a day without adding anything to the debate, are like stepping in cowsh**, even after you wipe it off you shoe, the smell is still there ;)

so you consider everything not pro-bush spam?
and I'm wondering which valuable contributions to the debate you have made?

Soul, I cant remember all ur posts but there are some here who just blame the US for everything on the planet and who bring them in to threads that had nothing to do with the US, blaming for instance the US for selecting the lawyer for Saddam and stuff like that, had nothin to do with the US but people just have to attack.
Thats not productive and does not mean YOU have to be pro bush, just some need to back off on all the anti US rhetoric.

first of all, I'm not anti-US in general, on the contrary. I just don't agree with the way that the Bush administration is handling this whole Iraq thing. And that's my right to do so.
And if I'm not allowed to voice some doubts, then the american right of free speech isn't meant very seriously, is it?

Well said Xasa.
Soulhunter - either bring some decent thought through comments to the board or piss off.

I never stated you shouldnt express your concerns, its just the mood of many is that the US is the agressor and others even seem to gloat in the deaths of th US and coalition troops. It is a disturbing trend

Rational constructive argument/comment based either on experience or reading. Ideally both.
Rather than the bollocks you've come up with so far.

Yeah, OTHERS, not soultaker, you said
Talos did a few posts up when asked who said soultaker said it.
that's what soulhunter was answering, that's all I said, if he misunderstood you why are you having a go at me?

Because you interject yourself into the thread to defend him as you have interjected yourself to defend others on this forum when it suits you.
Look, both Royal and I have expressed our concerns about the war--especially the reasons for starting it and definitely the way it is being waged. I am not posting here on this forum to incite others or to attract attention to myself, as those that you defend seem to be doing. I am here to enjoy the debate, check on the great photos and to share my experience in the military with others.
When a "newby" like soulhunter comes in and in two days start spreading sh** without checking out who he is talking to, he will be brought down a peg. That's called real life. As I've said before cut, when you defend assh*** you leave yourself open to the same criticism aimed at them by default. Nothing personal, but some of us are really sick and tired of the direction the forum has been going in because a few of you are unhappy with the Bush government. Welcome to the club, but can you couch your arguments in a manner that does not start flame wars? Is that asking too much?

Because your comment states that I said soultaker gloated in coalition deaths, I didnt and your quote of what I DID say proves it.

What's brought this on? I havn't been defending Soulhunter, as far as I'm concerned I have done little defending in the whole time I've posted on here. I'm sorry you feel I got in the way of Soulhunters beasting. As for debating, that's the only reason I come here, the kind of topics debated on here are the same as those I study, the only difference being at uni it all goes one way and the supporters of the american stance are often intimidated or marginalised, when I first came to this forum there were far fewer non-americans, and it was a bit of a challenge, now things have evened out a bit more although there are still more americans then any other nationality and the likes of albanian still get vellified.
I "interjected myself" in the thread to point out that it was neither you or Royal who had accused him of gloating about the coalition dead. If you see that defending him then I don't know what you're on about. Besides the guy had gone so you hadn't cornered him for his beasting anyway.

I was answering Royal, you said that "others even seem to gloat in the deaths of th US and coalition troops", soulhunter obviously thought that you were incinuating that he was one of them and answered duely, by the time I posted he was gone, I never said that he was right to think that your were accussing him, inn fact I thought the opposite and that he was wrong, so where is the problem?
so you consider everything not pro-bush spam?

This is funny...
If you had been around her long or instead of jumping in the mudfight actually have spend some time reading you would have found out that XASA is actually pretty much... against Bush, and that his post record is pretty much built on the principle of 'quality over quantity' (unlike mine I suppose, blame the off-topic forum )
