Basically, according to unconfirmed SkyNews reports, over 130 coalition soldiers have been killed over the last few days.
A few dozen Marines were killed in Ramadi(sp?) , a town near Fallujah, admitted one senior US military official.

Nothing in the quote you posted said anything about coalition forces - it said 130 soldiers, but that's it.

You work for the media or something, or do you just have a natural talent for adding your own spin to things? ;)

They are using the un-comfirmed news fromSky News that 130 soldiers are killed in fierce battles in Iraq.

Then a US-military spokesman says that there are "a dozen" soldiers from US. Marines that was killed in a fight in Ramadi, near al-Falluja.

The anonymous source also said to Reuter that the Coalitions positions at the Guvernours palace is being attacked by Iraqi's.

Probably...

though, I bet the real Coalition casualty figure in Iraq, in these last few days, is something between these "unconfirmed" reports and "official" word from the Pentagon;)

They could have meant 130 'soldiers' of the 'resistence'?

Have no idea, don't read that paper, since it's a POS.

I think they're referring to the number of injured/killed in total, which sounds about right when you compare it to the other US based media outlets. One US military person mentioned dozens injured.

Btw, I think is was established in another thread that the news-telex contained a typo - it was supposed to be 13 not 130.

I heard around a dozen (13 is close to a dozen) americans may have been killed. I also heard approx 130 iraqis had been killed in the last battles.

I think the main word here is "obekräftade", unconfirmed...

...coupled with the fact that Aftonbladet is the kind of newspaper which devotes more space for articles about who had *** with who in "Big Brother" than real news...

No, bro :D ...I'd say that by just staying 1 year in Denmark understanding a language that well AND be able to translate a swedish article 95% correctly you should feel damn good about yourself.

Myself, I studied spanish for like 2 years and all I can say is Me Llamo Fredrik and if you showed me an article in italian I'd probably only understand stuff like "pasta"...
