I don't understand why part of the footage has those lines going down it making it difficult to see what's going on.

The bit when the Helis are flying is fine...its just when they reach the target and fast rope down and enter the building it goes a bit ****.

Its a pretty good clip though...No idea why it was filmed or why/or how the footage was released.

No idea which unit the SF crew were from - SEALs/Delta no clue at all!
