why some words begin with big letters and some not?

Probably for emphasis. Correct use of capitals (first letter of sentence, I always capital) but with all nouns capital as well.

Looks like he writes a lot of written adverts in newspapers.

Either that or they learned written English 110 years ago. Scary thought, might be a vampire with a hobby.
