i am well aware of that, but from what i remember form the footage and photos of Iraqi army prior to the iraqi war, they weren't too keen on it..and that's an understatement

What is PSU (on the Iraqi(?) forces armbands)?

Also, for those unfamiliar with the terminology: Taff = Welshman; RRW = Royal Regiment of Wales; RWF = Royal Welsh Fusiliers...

I didn't realize it was the RRW at Rorke's Drift! V. cool. Gotta love the regimental history of these units.
