okay.... first.... he didn't draw me naked. He had pictures of me (not naked) and he used his imagination for the rest.
Here is another drawing he did.....(and yes I asked permission before posting) this is..... The California Joe.....

Uh, it's a Taliban...um, no wait... ;)
Seriously, that's very neat. Would CJ care to enlighten us on what technique is used (watercolor, color pencils?)

Real sweet. I'm trying to work on my art skills but I just seem to get stuck all the time. I depend too much on inspiration and nowadays it seems to be in such short supply...

That first one is a classic! Sort of like what's his name again, Vargas, I think (classical Pin-up artist, anyways). Second were a bit too...well, you know...but nice anyways...these also colored pencils?

So i guess this goes to show that despite your age, you still have a little bit of lead left in your pencil..

Thanks for sharing. The female body has been the muse for many an artist, I remember reading somewhere...
...I'm inspired...really gets my creative juices flowing...uhm, wait, that sounds really bad...

I'm actually working on an oil painting of a Royal Marine in Afghanistan right now. It's 24x36. If I ever finish it I'll post it.

Sweet...oil is something I've never really cared for, though...so messy (at least in my opinion)...plus you've got the drying time. I do have given thoughts about trying out acrylic tube colors. I mostly do people but I'm planning to do some landscape stuff to give away to my relatives (I'm cheap)...
