These are blatently export model roads, as also used by Iraq, Syria et al. If you were to take the non-export roads, they will easily outmatch any stretch of American tarmac.

Russian Roads are known to be pretty bad. But to judge roads in Russia by pictures of the WORST road in Russia is a mistake.
