I found the KSK book on Amazon. Can you order that even if you live in the USA? Seems to be sold just on the German section of Amazon.

Plus I have no idea how much the thing costs...find out it could be 50 dollars US????

Normally, if you order something at amazon they ship it to you. I have ordered from amazon in USA, Britain and France and they ship it to Germany...since the postal services are working both ways it should be allright.

How much does it cost? Amazon gives you an detailed account of the costs including shiping before you press the "order" button. If its to much, don't press it!
