Info Needed - "Viper" Personal Strobe

Looking for information on the "Viper" (?) strobe - personal lighting device similar to the Inova 24/7, but is slightly smaller, rounder and has a round strobe dial. Unsure of the name; was told by a friend in A-Stan that they're called the "Viper" strobe, or least that's what he's calling them. Enlighten me, please.

General information as well as retail outlets/ordering info for CONUS/CONCAN (North America) would be appreciated.
