I guess I've got some natural redneck in me, since I was born in Texas. I do have the faintest accent, and it comes out when I say 'Sergeant'. Go watch BHD and see how Cpt. Steele says Sergeant, and that's pretty much me. :lol: I can however do the perfect redneck accent, by impression.

Heh.... you'd be surprised how many rednecks live in Maine. Maybe not flying the Confederate flag or having the Southern twang, but rednecks through and through. I went to high school with several of them, and they're perhaps the funniest people I know.

You don't have to fly the Confederate flag! And the 'slur' or 'drawl'depends on what region in the South you are from...a Georgian will not sound the same as say a Cajun, or someone from Virginia, etc. :fork:

We have our own versions of rednecks in Canada, mostly they are guys with guns and beat up farm trucks. But we definately enjoy some redneck fun just in a different way.
