+1 we win, everyone else might as well just start sending shipments of your best liquor and whore's for payment in homage to us.woot

Just kidding, this is a fairly good site for breakdown of equipment and manpower.
It isn't just about manpower and bullets today, it's mainly in the highly capable equipment and the money your willing to spend that runs the show the way I see it.

I agree that the US has the most advanced and powerful army on earth, but my pers opinion is that can only get you so far in this modern world(and increasingly into the future) , world population growth and the shrinking of resourses will make the countries of the world more and more dependant on each other, limiting if you will the effectiveness of armies and the like.

My 2 cents...

If we're going to do this, let's have some fun. Let's look at Africa or something!

Hellfish had that amazing thread in History/Tactics about a coups in Equatorial Guinea. SOmeone look it up and tell us what EG's military is like.

Next: Zimbabwe, then Botswana.

If you want to look at Russia's armed forces, I reccomend warfare.ru.
they just had a major update, many videos, diagrams dispalying deployments, units histories, an excellent site overall.
