I awe at seeing on B-17 or P-51 fly over my house, but imagine hundreds? It would be simply amazing.

I mostly like "Horza's" on first photo... there are hunderds of them... it was 101st that used them mainly yes?

Yeah Im pretty sure it was.

Just some questions on them....
There the gliders that hold 10+2 isnt it? as in 10 men and 2 pilots? something like that anyway? :|

Also, were the pilots Airforce or Army? Presumably they would for into the figting uits, there's no where else for them to go...

If it was 10+2 or close.... damn over 1000 in gliders alone, never mind those in arachutes.... must have been one helluva site there
