I wouldn't exactly call it ugly. If you've seen the most recent Army Rangers thread here they seem fine.

ACU sell for like P2K+ here in Cebu but I think you can it cheaper in Manila.
And if you've read the new circular, since we've already legalized airsoft here, we are not allowed to wear official Philippine Armed Forces or PNP BDUs anymore.

You'd most likely be better off with either regular Woodland, Tigerstripe, or MARPAT.
Or.... *cringe* MultiCam.

ACUPAT? Why does everyone call it that? The uniform is the ACU. We don't call woodland "BDUPAT", or 3-color desert "DCUPAT", so why ACUPAT?

At afmo.com they have "slight" irregular ACUs for like $52 a set, and throw in a free patrol cap!

Check your PMs. That's the number for the guy I know there in your part of the archipelago who sells good stuff.
I'd also recommend you get the raid type stuff. Kinda neat with all the extra pockets and velcro.

Anyone know of the quality of GI-Plus brand? Ran into some at the weekend market in Bangkok couple of months back and I`ll be there again in Nov. The colours looked spot on but it was on thin 100% cotton ripstop so dunno how they`ll hold up to washing. The first Tru-Spec copies faded terribly into practically different shades
