And here's a little supplemental info on this Emmy Award winner. Apparently the good people of Jacksonville, Florida are pretty fed up with this guy.


Here's "Knot Head", a permanent resident of Downtown Jacksonville FL's streets. He's been at it for years, panhandling, camping, drinking alcoholic beverage, and committing the most horrific acts in broad daylight. The City will take no action to cleanup Downtown Jacksonville. They are afraid someone's feelings will be hurt. Attention Jacksonville City Council: Fund more police for Downtown. Build a municipal barracks outside of Downtown to efficiently house vagrants and drifters.
