Here is 3 independany scholarly translations of those versus. Just look it up, it is set up very nicely. Im sure there are other translations, this one source was all I required.

I also had an arab co worker friend of mine, TAKE THIS EXACT PRINT OUT, and respond to me about it. Me and him talk, and learn from eachother, and I asked him to explain this.
