Are you sure they are Air Force? None of them have there ranks on the arms.

Notice the second man who will go through the door. In such confined spaces the stretcher (which looks like a roll matt) will be a pain being attached this way as it restrics mobility, He will be better of placing it vertical on the rucksack.
... who knows, after that exercise he will have discovered it himself.

PJ's and other AFSOC personnel wear sanitized uniforms when they are deployed. It used to be mandatory that all USAF people wore sanitized uniforms on contingency ops but the officers weren't getting saluted and they changed that. I loved it in OIF because I was a target because I had more stripes than everyone else on patrol, and the stripes stand out really well on DCU's. :-(
