Source? I dont think theres a legal system built in to the dna, but ok. Also MEN are genetically more likely to commit crimes then women (due to testosterone)

im pritty sure its true, or not far off. went over stats like that once in an education class. that and the fact out education system is only set up for 10 percent of the population.....sad that part of the reason for numbers like that is because of the major flaws in the education system

I think I've saw that statistics in article printed in polish version of Scientific American(2 or 3 years ago, so in american version it could be 3-4 years old article). If I rember well there also was something about genetic predispositions, but in that part I can be wrong or could mix it with other article...

Good & bad people come from all walks of life and all races. Just because you are white, black, Hispanic, European, Asian, whatever means nothing...Sterotypes suck...I'm afraid they are unavoidable at times though.

The numbers might be right but the genetics part...even if you posted a reference to some scientific study it wouldn't make it a fact. It would still be an outrageous and highly questionable result.

Because that's all physical stuff. Even when the statistics are correct the reason has nothing to do with race. Main reasons are the social differences, like blacks already having poorer family, thus less money for collage, thus less education. IMO if the facts are true they are due to a weaker social-economic position, not due to skin colour or or race.

Because that's all physical stuff. Even when the statistics are correct the reason has nothing to do with race. Yes I tend to believe that too, but in the end you can't proove that one is the correct reason and the other is false. Which some members seem to forget.... Telling that genetics might be a cause too doesn't automatically make you a racist.

So you don't mean to be racist? But you inevitably are, because it exists in the structures of society...at least in smutville. This incoded racism makes you take that ridiculous claim under consideration and in a way contributes to socio-economical inequality, which definately is the only reason why african-americans find themself in prisons more than whites.
