No, but it looks close. The reason I'm asking is that I need a helmet that looks similar to the Japanese Type 88.

And since no one in Japan want to ship one of those to me, I thought I would try to find the closest thing.

That AC100 looks alot like it though. Too bad they don't sell to the public.

You seem to have a hard time with this one guys... soldier on the new Max P. book is wearing a russian KLMK suit and holds APS pistol - go figure.

And as for the bucket - it's one of the new russian kevlar helmets (as seen issued to Russian Marines and VDV troops), and I guess it'd be harder to get than the Japanese one I suppose. Ask RomanS for exact designation.

I'm fairly certain its a Russian helmet, the fact that the soldier is using a Stechkin pistol is a good giveaway. There was actually a discussion of this helmet about a year ago:
