For all you US Military buffs I have a question. Does your Delta force select recruits from all branches of the armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) like Canada's JTF-2, or does it just select from the Army?
Also, if it just selects from the Army, what branch do they pick from. Is it all branches or specific branches (Rangers, SF, Airborne)?
Thanks!

You sure, I heard that they'll pick you out themselves...almost like scouts do for athletic scholarships.

Something like this was discussed a while ago, and I believe someone said that even SEALs can apply for that... But y would they do that if they can go Devgru which is the same.

If DEVGRU is the same why would both CAG & DEVGRU exist? ;)

I didn't mean the same unit, but they kind of have the same function of counterterrorism.
