A few kids just came to ring the doorbell. Didn't know it was halloween and had no sweets so I gave them a few euros and told to get their candy from the shop :|

The wife is parading the kids around the 'hood tonight while I set up camp at home, get trashed, give out candy and proceed to scare the stuffing out of neighborhood kids, my disguise? Leatherface. I have a reeeel big chainsaw too.

We've given up on trick or treaters. I'm not giving anything to chavs who think a Scream mask bought at the corner shop 10 minutes before knocking justifies us giving them anything.

It did backfire slightly when a collective "GET TO ****" shouted out of my window fell upon the ears of a crowd of under-10's plus parent. Oops.

Ah well. we're all miserable gits.
