Been working out for 2 years, gained about 35 pounds since, I'm an ectomorph, so I used to be skinny. I eat about 6-7 times a day. For supplements wise, I'm currently doing my second PH cycle; 1-AD. My first was Testabolan, didn't like it that much, but 1-AD kicks ass.
If anyone is in same boat, do reply.

Yeah Iam but I have really had to trim down for mobility for when I hit the sand box!! Been doing it since 83 and even use to work out at Golds gym Venice(Iam from there). I use to work out with Tim Belknap(Mr. Universe and America).I met all my bodybuilding heros in the 80's and still go to the shows here in L.A.. I used to date Ms. California Maria Gonzales and dated Zapp from American Gladiators. One of my good friends played Jake Fury on Battledome and we use to work out with the fellas on the show including Mike O'Hearn.

You need sugar carbs just before a workout. There's a licorice snack which is great for that, its called Panda something, gives u 78g sugar carbs, thats a lot. Try it, u'll have good workouts.

Im considering loosing some body also, but not because of social reasons, just practical one: I have only one pair of pants I can fit and whole closet of to small ones :)...

Stretching exercises?
What do they do, and can you give me a few example of some?
The only exercise i do, is 300 situps a day

Etc.
And i do about 4 k's every 2 days, and i do my weights everyday, and about 100 pushups.
Im not very agile, or flexible, so maybe these stretching exercises will help?
hehe, shouldnt eat fish everyday man. There is a certain toxin that I cant remmember that is present in just about 100% of all fish due to petrochemical polution. Just about every health nut out there recomends eating fish no more than 1 or 2 times per week............

I lift weight, but I'm not a body builder cause body building is very time consuming.

There are industrial toxins and chemicals in everything we eat, certain fish from certain sea areas have been found to contain high levels of dioxins and PCB's, the articles that have been appearing in the news recently have been referring to farmed fish though not all of it and yes if you eat more than 1 or 2 portions of it per week you could put yourself at risk or should I say they think there is risk involved.
The benefits of eating fish and shellfish outweigh the risks and I can only say that as a former fisherman and qualified food and hygiene auditor who has access to biotoxin, chemical and heavy metal data from tissue analysis of fish and shellfish is that I am happy with the fish and shellfish that I consume.
