these Pbv 302´s.

it's in portuguese and it doesn't say much:

Soldados britânicos socorrem colega após o veículo onde estavam ser atacado em Basra, sul do Iraque

Something like: "British soldiers help colleagues after there vehicle came under attack in Basra"

To me it looks like an accident, u can see a civilian station wagon damaged that could be involved

Not very new, Pansarbandvagn 302 have been used since the 60´s in the Swedish
army, but it´s not very unlikely that some elements in the design were borrowed
from the M113 that appeared a couple of years earlier. Although before Pbv 302
Sweden had Pbv 301´s, which were old rebuilt assault guns, fitted with a remotely
controlled 20 mm automatic cannon and a compartment for six soldiers.

Almost, rebuilt Stridsvagn m/41´s they were, and not assault guns as I
said earlier.

"Since 1937, the Swedish army had been interested in Czech-built
TNH tank. In March 1940, some 90 tanks were ordered from
CKD firm. They were never delivered as the German authorities needed
them for its coming campign in the East. After negotiations with German
authorities, Scania-Vabis were allowed to built their own tanks under
license."

But the Germans did later convert them to Hetzers, so you were not wrong.

I'm pretty sure I saw that ESU guy when I was in NYC last week.
There's a small church right next to my cousin's place and I saw
that ESU guy, a canine cop, and another ESU guy hanging out.
I wondered what they were up to and considered taking a picture.
At the time, I thought they might be part of a random patrol.
