Here goes..............
You just died and you awake in a room,
There's two doors with two people sitting by them,
One door leads to Heaven and the other to Hell,
One of the door keepers always tells the truth and the other always lies,
You're allowed to ask 1 question and only 1 question to the both of them,
What question would that be? ( and no two part questions either! )

Just ask the one Guy if Heaven and Hell exist or if you are standing in front of him right now or such crap! If he says yes, he is the Tuthsayer. Is no, the liar. Then ask the other one for the door(when asking the liar for this, take the other door ;) ).

Thasts it...

Ask them if you are dead.

HELEX

Ask them if you are dead.

No, you only have to ask one of them for that.

You will need the second question to ask for the right door.

No, you only have to ask one of them for that.

You will need the second question to ask for the right door.

I'll go for the door that the person which tells the truth sits by.

That is easy, ask either one what the other will say and then do the opposite.

The truthsayer will truthfully tell you the lie that the liar would say. Pick the opposite of that and you get the door to heaven.

The liar will lie about what the truthsayer would say and if you pick the opposite you will get the door to heaven.

No problem - I did not look at the psyche answers but this one does hae an "answer".

According to that other forum:

Anyway the answer is: " Which one of you won't open the door to life? " And the reason is the one that tells the truth won't answer the question but the one who lies will. And since the question is presented to both of them at the same time then all you do is listen to the answer. The liar will be quick to put you on the track to hell while the saint would never want to mislead you since it's against his nature.

Weird.

Is this assuming the one telling the truth is the gatekeeper to heaven?

If so my question would be: Am I dead? EDIT - didn't read to see that the riddle had already been answerd.
