You can copy the video from your temporary internet files. Select 'START' > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > INTERNET OPTIONS > SETTINGS > VIEW FILES. Then all you need to do is scroll down the list untill you locate the yellow flash file icon. Simply select the icon and copy it to a folder of your choice. Hope that helps.

There is no yellow flash icon that appears in that folder. It's all text documents.
