they are dumbasses...

But from what i heard, the borat film crew did dupe alot of people with the waviers... they told everyone it was going to be a documentary shown to a select audience in Europe. Not a major motion picture with the backing of fox.

The tools in the camper van were from South Carolina. Thats pretty much how every frat boy I ever met acts. I dont know why they are complaining! Those guys are role models to the frat community!

Let's see if I have this right: they made the statements for a film thinking they weren't going to be shown in the US (obviously they were embarrassed by them), knowing full well the statements would paint Amercians as racists/sexists to Europe. Now they want to sue because the things they said are being shown here and they are shamed. College boys. And the dumb ones are in Iraq?

They were from South Carolina. The one guy was wearing a "COCKS" hat. The other guy was so hammered I doubt he remembered any of it.

The whole point was to trick people into not thinking it'd be shown on the big screen. At least they'll be famous for something now, apart from drinking and being stupid

LOS ANGELES (*******) - As the esteemed Kazakh television journalist Borat Sagdiyev might say: "High Five. Sexy Time. You Lose."

Two college fraternity buddies shown guzzling alcohol and making racist remarks in the "Borat" movie have lost their bid for a court order to cut the scene they claim has tarnished their reputations, court papers revealed on Monday.
