These pictures were taken on Saturday, at the koko head crater gun range. It was an instructed and observed NRA LIFE (Lessons In Fire arms Education ) event. I took the class last september and my dad just took it today so, I went and met up with them for the live fire afternoon part of the class. The guns in these pictures should be, a 38 special, Sig Sauer p226 .40, H&K USP .45, Glock 20, some massive smith and Wesson revolver, Desert Eagle .50, and a one off BMG (browning machine gun) barrel 50cal pistol. you can see all sorts of other stuff on the bench. Those of you with the eagle eyes can tell everyone else what is there. These are not all action shots and a lot of them are me getting ready to shoot or loosing up between shots, blah blah blah. I know nothing is worse than a guy who shoots and doesn't even know what everything is, my name is Frank nice to meet you.

The owner and instructor of the course told all of us that in all his years at the range and with all the gun clubs the USP is the only weapon he's seen that never broke or needed any kind of repair even the spring after 100K's of rounds. Good enough for me, Sold.

This is definitely the Usp because the Glock is on the bench

Who likes the hat? Special thanks to the Hresko's. Excellent down range view of the pistol range at Koko Head Crater Shooting Range.

Gotta roll those shoulders into it right?

It's got some hologram sight and one hell of a kick. Basically the standard Home protection weapon.

This is a one off made by the guy in the blue shirt in some of these pictures. Used a old WW2 era Browning Machine Gun barrel (or parts there of.) He re-uses the shells and the guys who work the range just hate it. Ha

That is me firing all 14lbs of love. Note I'm using the tactical method of determining wind direction and speed with only the stimulation to the tip of my tongue.
that is most of the pictures there are a few more, and u can get all of them in (a little) higher resolution by clicking on them at this site.

Also if my captions don't show up here i added some Dialogue to most of the pictures for you guys. But I need tech support from Hood (thanks man) just to get this thing going. Alright guys.

The opposite, I hope. It's quite common to shoot .38 in .357 revolvers, but I wouldn't try to fire a .357 in a .38.

what a freak

??? got anything constructive to add?

Cool pics spy, the owner preferred the USP over the glock? and did you find the USP to be rather large in the grip?

TALOS,
I don't have very big hands so grip was a big issue and like i said the glock 20 was great except for me the grip plus set up of the trigger was just too much. I had to reach to get the trigger and it just wasn't comfortable. The USP and the Sig both were pretty compact (i think compact versions) and they both had double stack magazines but were still very comfortable in my hands. The owner said the USP was just well made and put up with 100K's of rounds without need for any kind of replacement.
