You have to use the insert image icon in the menu, the one that looks like this http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/images/editor/insertimage.gif and once you click on it you will get a popup window where you should enter the URL pathway to the image.

Maybe and maybe not. Some of the border patrol ladies (the younger ones) at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg (Russia) are quite cute. And they do wear lipstick! ;)

Staging would have been half of the problem. What bothers me is that even when they stage a photo opp. – which implies that they can promote any image they want – they choose to promote the image of a doll in a uniform, Miss Military Candy of the Russian Army. It implies, in a sense, that there is no real place for a woman in the Russian Army.

It is possible that the attached image is a photo-opp, but it is a good photo-opp. Here is also a photo of the Russian pilots during the WWII.
