Oh my god I absolutely HATE Home Imrovement :fork: . One of the most annoying shows I've seen on TV, its up there with Sabrina The Teenage Bitch and Boy Meets World on my list of crap US TV shows..


(Yes I know Sabrina and Boy Meets World are kids programs, but the only few episodes I have seen of Home Improvement were on the Disney channel, so I group them all together.)

As for Family Guy I think i'll pick up some Season sets this weekend (Virgin are doing a buy one-get one free on box sets).

family guy is great. i love the episodes when brian goes to vegas to be a **** star, the clam trophy battle, and the episode when the world ends and peter becomes mayor of town and decides to arm eveyrone with guns.

On the contrary, I find loads of US made programmes to be interesting, particularly The Simpsons and Family Guy comedy-wise (Not South Park, I prefer a little more intellectual humour).

Its these prime-time kind of TV shows I don't like, the kind where someone walks into a room, says a line (cue audience laugh for 5 minutes) then somebody says some other remotely funny line (cue audience laugh for 5 minutes) rinse and repeat.
