Here's a nice picture of the MLI-84M "Jderul" from MApN:

I noticed that the vehicles that are already in service with the Romanian army lack the ATGM launcher on the left side of the OWS. Why's that?
And are there more pictures available of the command post, recovery and ambulance variants of the MLI-84M? Here's a picture of the first prototype of the battalion command post vehicle (PCB), also from MApN:

Maybe because they are in the process of replacing the old (Romanian improved) Saggers with the Rafael Spike?

According to the fact sheets the MLI-84M is supposed to be equipped with Spike ATGMs, but the ones i see are the Malyutka M2T, which are one Malyutka (AT-3 Saggers) with Milan 2T warheads and fuze system. The missile calibre is increased to 125mm instead of 120mm with maximum range still the same as 3000m, with a shorter minimum range of 400m. The greatest improvement over the the older AT-3 Saggers was that it can now penetrate over 900mm RHA as supposed to 400mm of the older version. Features a tandem warhead to defeat ERA.

The OWS-25 weapon turret is modular construction. The Spike and Maliutka 2M module are interchangeable.
