For those who are curious, the "Alfa" team is a special operations unit of the SBU, the Security Service of Ukraine (Sluzhba Bespeky Ukrayiny). The SBU (http://www.sbu.gov.ua/) is, like Russia's FSB, more or less the successor of the KGB in certain missions.

The Berkut ("Golden Eagle"), Tytan ("Titan") and Sokil ("Falcon") are units of the MVS (http://www.centrmia.gov.ua/), the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Here are some pictures of Sokil:
