A few hours loading it off... a few vodkas for the lads.

Fast foward to next morning, more vodka. Oh no it's late by that time, better to leave till next morning...

Assemble it, drink a few more Vodkas, and jump into the cockpit ;)

you forgot that also much time needed for playing balalaikas

Let's not go crazy... After all, you have to save some vodka for the actual 'flying' of the helicopter, don't you know?

It's a Russian tradition that every new piece of equipment should be "washed with vodka". So you can see, there's a lot of surface to be washed.

OTOH, amazing, to be able to assemble a top-of-the-line chopper in a dusty field like that. Mi-24 engines could also be changed practically in the battlefield.
