Ok so two things,

1) What are the things in the red box? They kinda look like barrles for maybea 12mm MG but I wasn't sure.

2) Whats up with marines wearing flight suits? I see most marines wearing these now instead of MARPAT.

As to the flightsuits, this has been discussed on MP.net before. Their material offers better flame protection than the normal MARPAT in case the Marines hit an EOD. Sides, the flightsuits are said to be way more comfortable to wear.
