Thanksgiving day.

So yesterday was thanksgiving!
In previous years prominent members of the US goverment (Rumsfeld,Bush etc)showed up in Iraq to show support for the troops and slice some turkey.This year it seems to be that nobody had the time. Or was it that it is not the best place to be going for a photo op anymore?

Where were all the newly elected officials who claim to support the troops more than the current administration. Would have been a good time to put up or shut up.
