The new LPD will be a 20.000 tonnes unit, it will carry a max of 800 soldiers, 40 tanks or 400 light veihcles or 100 containers, it can be configurated as a hospital with a max of 200 beds. For amphibious operations in can transport 4 LCM (for veihcles) and 4 MTP (for soldiers) in the dock. The flight deck can operate with 4 EH101 class helicopter at the same time

As if that matters. Besides, aircraft carriers in general aren't the most beautiful of ships.

I know, it a carrier or not, or you could call it (PC) amphibious Assault ship or what ever. It does carry something on its deck. so its a carrier,...minicarrier but for PC. assault ship.
