Picked up this 2-pocket mag pouch at a gun show. It's actually a bit more yellowish in tone than the picture indicates. Any idea what the country of origin would be?

If I'm not mistaken, the former Warsaw-pact countries had numbers assigned to them. Hungary is 2, I think. Maybe #8 produced this one?
I can't find a list.

I've been searching... closest I can guess is Yugoslavia.
So far, 02 is Hungary, and 11 is Poland...

Yeah Yugoslavia used 4 mag pouch, grey and much more better quality gear than this POS, this one looks really worthless. In Macedonia when we still had conscripts(until 1 year ago!), the 4 mag pouch was given to them.

"11" in oval? AFAIK that used to be code-symbol of "Lucznik" weapon factory in Radom; I`ll try to find more of that out.

"11" in an oval is the marking stamped on Polish M44 Mosin-Nagant carbines (along with "OW" on the stock).

Yes, I'm 100% certain it's not Yugoslavian
