Quick questions guys. Are ISO containers ever seen on US military 5ton trucks? Example, like the M923 5 ton trucks. if not is it possible to put one on it? I know there are many sizes. Links to pics would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply but I have not seen any M923 series truck with containers on them and that's why I asked the question.

Sorry I was so impatient but it's happened on several occassions that I did not get any reply at all. I was just under the impression that the majority of folks here are knowlegable. If I got you upset than I apologies. They are certainly not forced to answer anything I post so don't worry, I take everything more or less with a grain of salt. ;)

ISO containers, even the smaller ones, are too heavy for a 5 ton truck, just like your avatar, there are 5 ton trucks with 5th wheel so a trailer is used for such containers

ISO Containers are definitly not to heavy for a 5 ton. I have seen ISO-60'S AND 90'S on 5 ton trucks.

That's not a five ton rigid truck though, that's a tractor unit. Rigids and tractors are different.
