Hi Guys,
Does anyone happen to have video footage or photos of Armour Piercing Incendiary Hardcore rounds in 12.7mm NATO calibre firing and impacting on targets?

An oldie but a goodie, it's the only one I've seen that shows special purpose rounds.

Wow! That's a nice piece of weaponry. Effective range of .50 Cal between 2,000-7,000 yards? That's amazing.
I've just finished watching "Miami Vice" and there is a nice sequence portraying the devastating power of that rifle against flesh.

Speaking about flesh and .50 caliber rifle, go on youtube and search for a very impressive video called "SNIPING TALIBAN"
ENJOY !

It's not real, it's not taliban, and it's not .50.

There's been quite a few threads about it. First of all they weren't human, they were rodents. Second it wasn't a .50 caliber round and the range wasn't extreme. The debunked description of the vid was some guys in new Mexico varmint hunting (prairie dogs) with .22 rifles.

We are certainly speaking of something different, i have watched a video in which talibans were blown away by a heavy sniping rifle. It was not suricat (prairie dog) but barbed men.
I'm going to verify right now on youtube.

I'm doubting that would be on Youtube. I ran a search using the criteria you provided and nothing returned in the search.

I've seen that fake one. How pathetic is hunting "prairie dogs" with scoped rifles?

I have also seen the video passed off as sniping on persons. I believe what they are actually shooting are rock chucks, and not prairie dogs. The rock chucks are actually quite large, have somewhat heavy fur, and of course, in-habit rocks.
Prairie dogs tend to live in wide open areas, Montana, and in whats called a Town.
They certainley could be using .22, in the 22-250 series, 220 swift, or simliar. Certainly not rimfire. Not to suggest you thought it was rimfire.

There is a challenge in this style of hunting along with a service. These animals are considered pests, vermin, and are known to carry fleas which carry the plague.
What would be pathetic, is knocking what some may do for enjoyment and challenge, even tho you can see no value in it.

So I'm guessing Ronguild's mystery Taliban .50 snuff film is actually this one?

That was my point, and also my stance on "game hunting."
