Can anybody tell me the make and model of this LBE:

It's not a chest rig; You wear it like an ALICE H-Harness, but instead of your pistol belt, you have 3 panels, with rows of MOLLE webbing, that wrap around your waist.

I'd like to get one of these to supplement my old LCE, and my RACK. But I have no idea who makes it, or any idea as to what it is called. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like one of the LBT 1195 series, so called riverine vest. Used to make them for SEALs IIRC - with the flotation inserts, elastic band for flippers etc. Original is top shelf, high prices. I think BHI makes a ripoff and some Asian companies copy it too. So there...

You could always try looking at what www.tacticaltailor.com has. They have some nice stuff like that.
