you mean the pic I guess- the vid shows clearly two of the russian demo aircrafts - one blue one gray and with suhoi logo

Susumu is right, the SU30 in the video are the demo aircraft that flew in the Venezuelan parade; Venezuela received the firts 2 SU on December 2nd and will receive 2 more before the end of the year. The plan is to have the 24 aircraft by the end of 2009.
In this link you can see the SU escorting venezelan president in his way to Brazil. (second 55 so you dont have to listen to Mr Chavez) The SU30 was being flown by russian pilots since Venezuelan pilots have not come back from trainning.
