The guy on the left sports an Eagel Ind. Chest rig. It will hold several m4 mags an 1 pistol mag on each side. Very basic, very simple.
Though I do not think that the guy on your avatar has the same rig.

Guy on your avatar has the old school classic - South African Pattern 83 Chest Rig (not the ammo vest of the same name!). Color is Nutria Brown (some Ausiess ten to call it baby**** brown as I observed)

refer here http://roangouws.tripod.com/SADFWebbing.htm
Plus the excellent description at Eggroll's site: http://geardo.com/SA83chest.htm

The second might be a Eagle piece as 11BA suggested (http://www.eagleindustries.com/eagle_admin/product_admin/Images/large/395_Large.jpg), but judging by the looks it might be as well a typical cheapo you can get by a dozen from surplus sites like cheaper than dirt etc. Nothing I'd advice on a longer run. Preferably if you stick to the chest rig based kit, then look into modulars - Eagle Ind. Rhodesians, or SOTECH Hellcats. Depends on what you're after, and for what kind of the job.
