That is a horrible spot for a monument. Rammed up against a tree and blocking the sidewalk?

What i've heard was that they we're making a cleanup on the local airfield and moved it to the most appropriate spot they could think of.

That`s in Moldova, and it`s near the Military Museum, probably they are moving it there.
