What's the most ethnically diverse country in the mid east?

I think this is a very difficult question, because there are so many religions, religious groups, races, peoples, cultures and political ideologies.

It depends what you mean by "ethnically diverse". I could think of Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and Iraq itself as being ethnically diverse - Arabs, Turkomen, Assyrians, Kurds, Christians, Druze etc. And in the Maghreb, you have Berbers, Arabs, Tuareg....

iraq, means the mix of different races- or something like that.

in the arab countries theres alot of big miniorites.
some of them have few very big miniorities, some of them have a mix of smaller miniorites, ethnic + religion

There is always confusion when people talk about the arab/muslim world. There is a huge ethnic diversity, but they share religion and languaje. The true "arabs" are those who live in the arabic peninsula, or nearby (Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Yemen, etc.). But Iranians are mostly Persian, for example. Morrocans are berebers. Turkish are an aryan race that invaded the country centuries ago. Regarding religion, you can find a large population of muslim asians (Indonesian), africans (Kenya, Tanzania) and even europeans (Bosnia).
